Charlton is a chef, consultant and events manager with twelve years experience working in restaurants, with private clients, at festivals and charities. 

He attended Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2007 and completed a Diploma in food and wine with distinction.

His Consultancies include Pamonas and United Chip. 

He has just finished filming a BBC show due to air in Autumn 2018.

Alex is a Chef, Events Manager and Consultant with 20 years experience in London, Berlin, Brazil and Lisbon. He has also worked as a professional baker, specialising in Sourdough.

His consultancies include the Building Bloqs Partnership which he is a co-founder.

He has a Post Grad in Hospitality Management with Distinction from the ISLA Institute, Lisbon.
